Sandy Mokoena (Bra Eddie)- Scandal! Actor Dies
The veteran Scandal! actor Sandy Moko
ena best known as Bra Eddie in the soapie has died, age 68 Etv confirmed early this morning. He was the soapie’s longest standing member, since the soapie was first casted approximately 13 years ago.
The sad and heart breaking news about his death spreads Thursday morning, as fans are sending their tributes on social media.
Mokoena died Wednesday night in hospital due to natural causes. He’s been ill for months now. His family, colleagues and friends are left in shock by his saddened death.
Almost all his life he was an entertainer and actor, he appeared in a number of TV series including the likes of Generations, Yizo Yizo, Khululeka, Going Up, and Okavango as well as in Zero Tolerance and Justice for all. It is clear that a black shadow has indeed befallen South Africa, and it looks like we have stepped into 2018 with a wrong foot; first it was Robbie Malinga then Hugh Masekela and a few days after that now it’s Sandy Mokoena.
We send our condolences to his family, colleagues and fans, we appreciate his hard work in the entertainment industry. Rest In Peace, you shall be missed forever.
